We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Any requests for returns are dependent on our confirmation that they will be accepted.
Please wait for our confirmation before sending the products to us, per our requirement. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at order@kleintoe.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

PROCESSING OF REFUND:
After we receive the items that have been returned and confirm that the refund has been received, the refund will be processed within 48 to 72 hours.
We will be performing the quality check after receiving the product (the product must not be
used and must still have its original box and bill).
EXCHANGE:
Exchange is accepted. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible after receiving the product—preferably within 7 days—and we’ll send you an email confirming the exchange and return of the item that is still in your possession. You must return all products to us in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the Return policy in order to get a refund at all. We will only execute an exchange request for the same invoice value of the product after we receive the product and confirm it after the quality check-Up.
CANCELLATION
following placement of your order, you, the User, do not have the option to cancel it. Any order may be canceled by the Company at its sole discretion if it believes a user has engaged in fraudulent activity, or If the User is not willing to conduct business with the Company.
The order will be canceled by the company if the user is not available at the registered address at the time of delivery and is not available to answer the phone.
